Hiking to the Hirosi hill for fourth times

This time we (member of CNL Hiroshi) proud because we had 12 new members that had been joined with us. They are from different county around Asia like Japan, Laos, Myanmar, China, Indonesia, Malaysia and most of them were from Thailand.

Gathered in front of science building
We were hiking on February 02, 2011. At that time was Saturday, so we as students of Seventh-day Adventist University and most of us are the members of Seventh-day Adventist church, so first we went to church to worship before we went hiking. After finished worship at 12.00, we prepare some snack like bread, cake and water from cafeteria. At 1.30 to 2.00 p.m., we were gathered in front of science building and we took some groups picture. After that, Pastor Michael Wong prayed before we started to hiking.

Started hiking from Campus
We started to hiking, exactly on 2.00 p.m. At that time 21 members joined with us. This time, our hiking destination was the same like before in Hirosi hill, where this hill exactly in Western side of Muak Lek town about 4 km from campus APIU. At that day, the weather was very hot so some of us lazy to walk, even some of them wanted to come back to campus/dorm, but we were instructors and some seniors still keep in walk and talked with them so made them keep in spirit to walked before we reached near the forest. Before we reached near the forest, we should pass the long grass land.
Whole this land they have been put barbed wire fence to keep the cows, because this land they are use for ranching the cows. We had no choise to reach near the forest, except we must pass the barbed wire fence.
passing the barbed wire fence
If we went to another way, there is a group of dogs that always ready to bite somebody that strange for them, even though we were good people or we were not thief. Morever if you steal or do bad things around there, it's meant you have no choice and already ready to go to the hospital or die. That's why; we chose to pass the barbed wire fence. When we were pass the barbed wire fence and come inside the grass land, there was a lot of cows dung in everywhere so we must carefully to step our foot ^_^

After we reached near the forest, we took a rest about 20 minutes to ate bread, candy, drank the water, took some pictures with the backgrounds of grass land and Muak Lek town; etc.  After that, all the instructors divide two groups; first group was lead in front and second group was control from the middle and the back. The entire of climber was very spirit to climb the Hirosi hill, but some of them were can’t able to climb. They were feeling painful in their foot and very tired because this was first time for them to hiking, so we as instructor and seniors must helped them.
On the way to Hirosi hill

While we were on the way to the top of Hirosi hill, the rain started to comes down and little by little the rain become very heavy and the entire climber became soaking wet. But climber still keeps spirit and the first group arrived in the top of Hirosi hill with safe, even though all of them soaking wet with the heavy rain. Few minutes after first group reached in the top of the hill later followed the second group was arrived from the behind. While the rain was very heavy, we enjoy the natural beauty and the weather at that time. We also enjoy views of the Muak Lek town and our campus from top of the Hirosi hill, but so sad because we couldn't able to take any pictures because of the rain was very heavy so all camera which we brought we couldn't use.
After we enjoy the nature, we decided to come back; because the rain was very heavy and made some girls were become very cold and trembling. When we climbed down the hill the rain still heavy and made the way was very slick so everyone very difficult to climb down the hill.
First group

The first group they climbed down very fast and they made the way was muddy so it was very slick where they made the second group couldn't able to climbed down the hill. Because of work hard from all the second group, finally they also reach the long grass land even though everyone in the second group was full with mud in everywhere in their body ^_^

The clock at that time was 5.30 p.m. so we took a rest; take some group pictures because the rain has stop at that time. After that we went back to the campus and we reached in the dorm at 06.00 p.m.
This is a good experience we had been done and many of them very happy because can join with CNL Hirosi to do this activity. Some of them said that if the CNL Hirosi has plan to go hiking somewhere don't forget to tell them so that they can come too to join.

Finally, we are board of CNL Hirosi express many thanks to all friends and groups members to success of this activity. God bless!
